My client is working to secure a domain name for her company and mistakenly tried to purchase it through IDNS Inc. She waited a few months after her purchase of a 1 year package to start getting the domain connected to her site and working. As her site builder she contacted me to connect it and to my surprise, the domain was still available for purchase months later. I contacted this business on her behalf to get it sorted but was met with rude, abrasive and unethical treatment — much like everyone else who has reported them. They claimed that we were negligent yet they took the money months ago and did nothing. At this point we don’t trust them to actually complete the work without causing more issues. We requested a refund but were refused so we are left with no choice but to pursue through the bank. I tried to call and was unable to reach anyone for days and the only person that can be reached is the rude and unprofessional customer service person who I assume runs the company.
