The site advertised on facebook for a popular brand of jeans. I ordered through the facebook ad. It has been over two months, and I have not received the original order or the replacement order they claim to be sending to me.

I purchased merch off website, paid shipping insurance. Shipping took much longer than estimated, was told to wait by customer service team. Tracking indicates package was delivered to my home by a “courier” service of the vendor’s choosing, but never received. Customer Service has been giving me the run around offering a 60% refund then a 90% refund.

I should mention no delivery was caught on camera as their tracking indicates. I also had other packages delivered in the same window from Amazon that were received without issue.

Instagram post posing as an online boutique. I purchased items and received an email with a tracking number and the tracking service is a scam. Track718.us

I was scrolling online and came across a page that seemed legit to purchase jeans that are all over the internet. This was my first time purchasing these jeans, and thought it was legit. It’s been nearly 2 weeks and I have not received my order. The tracking number no longer works, and now states that the page cannot be found. However, their website is very much active. I’ve emailed the support email that is listed, but have not received a response.
