When calling the number on back of Chase credit card I dialed 888-524-3880 instead of 800-524-3880. They hold themselves out as Chase. The promise to send you $100 and tell you it is a special they run to reward you for being a cardholder. They ask for $4.95 for shipping. They then tell you they will give you 30 day free trial on credit monitoring service. They act like they are Chase bank. After providing my card number and address, I realized it wasn't Chase. I called the correct number and cancelled my card. When I pressed them for the company name the told me it was an independent offer and they said their name is Identity Protection 24/7. It's a misrepresentation scam.
