On May 9th I received a call that was from Chase Bank, my phone caller ID stated Chase which is why I answered the phone. I was told that someone was attempting to use my card at a Home Depot in Arizona and I told them that it was not me. While talking to the lady I was busy with my infant at the time so I was distracted more than I usually am, but she told me that in order for them to issue me a new card they would text me and I would need to provide the code to them that was sent to my phone. I did so not knowing that this would provide the theives access to my account. Once I gave them the code they uploaded my card information to their phone and used it at an atm to withdraw $3000.

I called a facebook number because I had an issue and that’s what I got connected to. The man knew all my information on my phone including email and he created a cash app in my name. He tried getting my credit card information and now he’s ordering things in my name but sending the stuff he orders to a different address not connected to me!
