I was on Facebook and liked an ad. Ideal Image. I was contacted over the phone initially. Then by emails. Next was a consult over Zoom. Then i paid $2,879.24 for services that never happened. The 800 number has no agents to take your calls. The individual that sold me the service refuses to email me back. And when I called to schedule an appointment they say it's a non refundable service. Which is a felony to charge people that much money for a service and not provide it.
