They tried to say that my power would be shut off within the next 15 minutes. The gentleman couldn’t tell me really where he was calling from or what power company until he noticed the phone number and said oh yeah we’re calling from Idaho Power. This is a call center so I’m out of Georgia.

He said I would have to call the Idaho power tech-support and have them confirm my payment before they shut off my service, he also said he could connect me with them and help me walk through the steps of paying.

Received a phone call with an automated message that said our power bill was past due and it would be shut off in 45 minutes. The caller ID identified the callers name as Sarah Hopkins and the phone number as (208) 830-6755 from Boise, Idaho. The call was received on August 1st at 11:25 a.m. MT and lasted 29 seconds.

I gotta call they said they were from the electric company and that in 35 minutes my electricity was gonna be turned off for non payment told me to press one to to to make a payment press 2 to talk to someone about shutting it off I have auto pay and my bill is paid, I just hung up the phone and didn't press any numbers just hung it up

They called told me I had one hour to pay my outstanding utility bill or have my power turned off I asked how much the bill was they said $268.64. I then asked again how much I owed and he told me that if I didn't pay in 30 minutes the power would be turned off.. He could not repeat the amount that I owed so he said you need to pay a 159 today right now or I'll turn off your power .

Called telling us power would be shutoff in 30 minutes. Haven’t lived in Idaho for over a year now. Rude on the phone and number is linked to a guy in Pocatello.

They used my ex husband’s information and stated that I owed a past due amount when I called the Middle Eastern man out he began using profanity

Automated service called and said I wasscheduled for shut off in 30 minutes and gamers me to a representative. They asked my name and I wouldn't give it it to them. They said they were with idaho power when I said I don't use idaho power they hung up on me.
