The representative stated they worked for Idaho power and that I had a past due balance and that I needed to pay to prevent it from being [censored] off. I then got a block placed by my credit union fraud department

I was told that I have 30 mins to pay my Idaho Power or my power will be shut off. They verified my address. They were speaking to me in Spanish. I asked them to speak to me in English. They transferred me and they hung up.
