The gentleman called me and told me that my bill was passed you and it was going to be disconnected within 2 hours if I didn't pay the bill. I had actually just paid my bill two days ago through an agent over the phone so I told him I was very confused about it and he said that I did not pay the right amount and there was still $15 due and if I did not make the payment over the phone the technician was going to be arriving at my home to disconnect my power within the next 2 hours. I then had a feeling this was not correct so I asked him why he would be working with a technician and why a technician would come to my home because I have one of the new Power meters that if they were going to disconnect me they would do it remotely from the office and at that point I told him I don't think I owe any money and I asked him if he had access to my online login for Idaho Power and he said no which I logged in while I was on the phone with him and I asked him why my online login shows I don't owe $15 and he said it won't show up for 24 to 48 hours and then I questioned how are they going to disconnect me before they add the bill and he told me he doesn't have control over that so I asked for his name and he said his name was Eric r and he stated his employee number was idp5262 and then I asked for a phone number to call him back and he gave me Idaho power's 800 number of 1-800-488-6151. At that point I asked him to tell me what my account number is and he told me he could not see it because it's protected so then I told him that my name is not on the account it's in my husband's name and ask him why he's calling me and he hung up on me
