Someone with a middle eastern accent (name and phone number unknown) called and advised our power would be turned off at 12:30 pm for lack of payment on our account. We don't have an Idaho Power account. Caller became insistent and obnoxious and finally hung up after being told they were a scam and were wasting my time and theirs.
