This company created an advertisement video online for Darn Tough Socks. They said there was a huge sale for end of season clearance items. I went to the website and created a big order and purchased using my credit card. I waited over 4 weeks for the items to arrive. I thought that was a long time for shipping even if it's coming from China. I was tracking the package through a web link they gave me. It said the items had been delivered, but there was no package here. I emailed their customer service team stating I didn't receive the package. They said they would send the package again, but they would only cover a certain percentage of the sale and I had to pay the rest. I responded that I wanted a refund instead. They said they would offer a 60% refund to me since they couldn't contact the delivery person to see if they could track down the package. I responded I wanted a 100% refund and it was ridiculous to ask me to pay for a portion of something that I never received. They responded they could offer a 90% refund as a special offer from their supervisor. At this point I gave up trying to get them to refund me and I went through my credit card for a refund instead. This business obviously scammed me and I should have known based on the very low prices on a typically expensive item
