Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

Icunude email-icunude02gmail.com seems to be a scammer 190 SE 5th Ave #518 Delray Beach,FL33483

On September 6, 2023. I place an order to this company. ordered 3 wheel adult tricycle .was suppose to be delivered within 6 weeks . as of today Oct. 17, 2023. we have not recieved it item #order 22328.or given any responses.
paid $99.00 with credit card in full. we have not recieved any info. or refund.
I think this is terrible when a scammer can take advantage of seniors that place an order and are scammed out of their money. This company Icunude ? should be banded out of online ordering. Can't contact company because they don't even have the courtesy to return calls or mail info. $99.00 Loss means alot of money for senior persons from order 22328. San Antonio Texas.

I ordered a Charbriol 3 burner gas grill online from this website ICUNUDE..paid 73.50 for it with a credit card...on 8/29/23....tried to track it today...also tried calling the phone number they list and all you get is a recording saying they aren't taking calls msg # 24 US21LV...

Online purchase delivered to a different address, won't issue a refund

The seller sent tracking information via Fedex but the address the package was delivered was not mine and the package itself was too small for what I purchased. I confirmed with Fedex that the tracking number I was sent was for another person and because the seller provided tracking and it showed as delivered Paypal ruled in favor of the seller. Also my credit union told me they can't help me either because it was an ACH debit.
