A few days ago I received a letter stating I owed $7,500 (approx) to pediatrix medical group. I had not received any previous letters asking for payment. I called the company and explained I believed any debts were paid and asked for the date of service and the specific patient. I followed up with my insurance company and they could not match up the date of service, amount or provider. they will be sending me an explanation of benefits to "prove" to ICSystems no debt is owned. I believe this company is trying to scam me out of this money.
