I.C.Q. Search and Recovery Reports & Reviews (1)

- Rancho Cucamonga, CA, USA

I received a letter in the mail that was labeled confidential addressed with my name and address. It was from this collection company regarding and outstanding financial obligation from Pathology Inc./ WCCL Labs. I have not used this lab or had claims submitted to my insurance from Pathology Inc. since 2014 and 2015. My insurance also has no records of claims with this amount. When calling the toll free number it goes straight to a voicemail. You are unable to speak or contact the account revenue specialist listed Amber Ybarra at EXT 105. There is also no contact information on the internet for Pathology Inc. billing. I read from multiple others that this company is sending these letters to multiple people and stating to contact the same representative. Pathology Inc. is not sending any information to people regarding these past due/outstanding balances and should be required to do so before being sent to collections and all claims have to be sent at least within a year of service. This company is not following the protocol/processing that medical claims go through. The website provided appears to look like they are a reputable company and will allow you to submit payment very easily without having to provide you with any information about the actual claim or date of service from Pathology Inc.
