I have had a terrible time dealing with Iconic Paw. I placed an order from Canada and they charged my credit card 3 times. The number they provide is never answered and voice mails are never returned. The emails take forever to be responded to, if at all. At this point I have been overcharged for an order that has never been confirmed let alone received!
Buyer Beware!

I placed an order for a pet portrait via their website in November, 2019. I finally received a poorly executed product. I contacted customer support and was sent several portrait mockups by customer support representative Samantha Cassidy. I approved a mockup and was informed a the portrait would be sent out as soon as possible. I never received the new portrait, so I contacted customer support again, with no response. I also opened a case via PayPal resolution center and was refunded my payment b/c Iconic Paw never responded to their inquiry. This company is a SCAM!

Iconic Paw promised the creation of cute, individualized pet portraits. They have scammed me and many others. We pay $50-$150 upfront for the art piece, and then are given order numbers which never track anything. Customer support is nonexistent, the phone number is fake, and they are never “online” to reply to questions. I have all reason to believe that this company just takes people’s money and runs with it.
