The scam is this: you purchase a product and pay for it. The item is listed as being shipped to your chosen destination via UPS. However, the shipper actual gives UPS another address and the item is reported as delivered just not to the address you wanted it or paid for it to be delivered to. The caveat - UPS won't tell you the address that they actually delivered the item to despite you having the tracking number and proof that you wanted the item delivered to your address. It's the perfect scam because UPS is protecting the scammer!

Hello, Please be aware that the WEB SITE "icheap.net" took my order #9849 for a Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K on October 7th and charged my American Express $36.36 via PAYPAL *DINHHOANGHI 4029357733 VN. The Web Site has a number 888-704-2867 listed that is no longer reachable and no replies from service Email listed ([email protected]). This site needs to be shut down ASAP
