I booked three flights through this company. I did get an initial email and wanted to cancel one of the flights. When I called I waited hours on hold. Every time I got through they would transfer me or leave me on hold. I was never able to talk to anyone so I called the airlines that the flights were booked through. They said that the third party (icheapflight) had cancelled all the reservations. That got me thinking it was fraud. So I called back but same thing happened, they left me on hold or hung up on me. When I finally got through I told them to cancel all flights because it felt like fraud. They told me I would get a confirmation email saying that the flights had been cancelled and I would see my refund within 7 days. I never got an email. I have called back multiple times and they always say they are sending the email then ask if I will hang on for a minute. The phone call goes quiet and I wait for a long time and no one ever gets back on with me. I called my credit card company and they are trying to cancel the payment. DON'T USE ICHEAPFLIGHT!
