I bought a Wolf Halloween mask from the website on October 5, 2020, and on October 8, 2020, I emailed them asking for an order status also a tracking number to track shipment if it had shipped. I was told that the product shipped out on October 8, 2020, and I would be receiving it very soon so by the 14th of October 2020 still haven't received the product I once again contacted them on their contact us link as this is the only way to contact them and they told me it was about to be shipped out on October 15, 2020. I contacted them again to ask them what's going because they told me multiple times it has been shipped out and then it wasn't shipped out and I said that if I don't receive anything soon I will report this transaction as fraud. they emailed me and told me don't worry we'll update you once it's shipped out. so on October 22, 2020, I request a refund from the site to be told they can't refund my money because wait for it now it has been shipped out. So the only way I got my money was by reporting this fraud transaction to my bank for a refund.
