Fake! I ordered one Box busy and they send me one mini cube! For $35.96! They say the same for others: that I was ordered that. Impossible! They are stolen!

I ALSO BOUGHT A CHILDRENS BUSY BOARD AND INSTEAD GOT A VERY CHEAP ALPHABET PUZZLE THAT WAS BROKEN. THEY TOLD ME OVER AND OVER IT WAS WHAT I ORDERED. THEY DID NOT GIVE ME A REFUND. FAKE FAKE FAKE. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM ICEOBCA.COM THEIR WEBSITE IS NOW CALLED “MOSTRENDY”

It was a facebook advertisement- the seller actually was replying to facebook questions on their ad post. It was very convincing. It was for a toddler activity board. You click to shop and you are taken to iceobca.com and from there you order via paypal as any other ecommerce business. It was made to believe this was a U.S. based business, shipping within a couple days. Not only did it take over two weeks to ship it then took over thirty days to be received. I DID NOT RECEIVE AN ACTIVITY BOARD- they sent an ALPHABET PUZZLE, the size of a small 8inch book!!!!! I had already been in contact with them over the shipping as this was supposed to be a Christmas gift, so I recontacted them to tell them I wanted a refund as the product was not what I ordered. Not only did they refuse to refund my money over and over, they even had the nerve to tell me I did in fact order an alphabet puzzle. My Paypal account product description states baby busy board as proof. They are scammers. Chinese based scammers. They use a California false front via a "trucking" company that's websit takes directs you to a scam site that instructs you to download a VPN to even proceed. IT's ALL FAKE.
