On 7/28/23, I ordered a portable ice bath from a Company named IcedPlunge. I ordered it online and paid via debit card $135. I confirmed through my banking institution that the company charged my account the day i ordered the product. The product (ice bath) was never sent to me. I emailed several times and no response. I called and the mailbox is full and cannot leave a message. I believe the company scammed me. I have searched this company online and it appears i am not the only one who has been scammed. Please shut this company down ASAP.

I ordered an Ice Plunge ice bath on April 1st 2023 for $150 USD or $200 CAD plus some fees on Shopify after seeing their ad on Instagram. After 30, 60, and 90 days I reached out and they initially told me they were going to find out what happened. After 90 days I requested a refund and they sent me additional correspondence saying they were looking into it. On or around July 20th, they finally responded and told me again they were looking into the order and shipping status although I had requested a refund. I’ve searched my order number and email on their website to try and track my order and nothing comes up. After looking on google maps, it seems apparent that the address is fake, they’ve put a typo in the city name on their website to throw people off in my opinion and the address belongs to Lawndale California and not Hawthorne which also has a different Zip code. I’m attaching some email screenshots and my transaction receipt.

They’re using social media (IG page) to advertise their business and Shopify in an attempt to make it seem like they are legit once payment has been made.

I order a cold plunge from the company Iced Plunge. I payed with Apple Pay, product was never delivered. I have made numerous attempts to reach the company and nothing has happened. I made the purchase on March 24th 2023. No one answers the phone, says voicemail is full. No return of emails. Nothing.

I think they took my money and ran.

The scammer uses targeted ads on social media. Once you click on the ad, it directs you to SHOP.com and you fulfill your order through the their platform. I've not received any tracking information or updates to my order. I continue to request refunds but never hear back from the scammers company. Going on 3 months now.
