I ordered a reclining sun lounger ($45).
Waited 2.5 months and it never turned up.
I did however receive a cheap tatty worthless ring that I had not ordered.
Initially I didn't connect these 2 items, but my transport company did some investigation and managed to link the tracking number.
So the scam is simple - you order and pay for something, they send you something of no value and pocket your money.
Do NOT order anything from this company.

On father's day I saw this very good deal on facebook. It was a solar portable power station with solar pannels for $45.98. It is too good to be true, so I checked their website: https://www.fhfhkdd.com. It is a secure website, so I gave it a try. It took about two months for the item to ship, apparently on back order. Well, what I received with the tracking number they sent me was a fantasy ring with a tag of $125. I contacted them via email since they do not provide a phone number any where. Then they offered to return 10% and for me to sell the ring for my troubles. I told them that they need to send me a full refund. This whent back and forth for a while. Their email addresses are [email protected] and [email protected]. The last email they sent me said the most they are willing to send me back was 50% and that I can keep the ring. Since then I sent the ring back and asked them again for my full refund. Their scam is basiclly offering a product they don't have with legit websites and then sending some cheat/worthless item and negociate a low refund. It has been months and no product or refund of any kind.

Emails they sent me:

As to this situation, we would like to show our sincere apology to you. As the product can be used normally, could I suggest that we issue a partial refund of 25% to you as a compensation and you don't need to return the product to us which will save your money and time? If you really don't want to keep it, we would like to suggest you to sell the product to someone who is interested in it as a gift. If you still need the original item, could you please place a new order after receiving the partial refund. If you have any other good solutions, please feel free to contact us. Please don't worry, we will try our best to make you satisfied.

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused to you. Could I suggest that we issue a partial refund of 50% of the amount dollars to you as a compensation and you don't need to return it? This is already the biggest refund amount we can offer. Please understand that we also lost the goods and the shipping costs paid. If you solve it through paypal, you may need to pay the shipping fee to return the parcel, and the shipping cost is not a small amount. If you are agree with this solution, please let us know. Hope for your understanding.
