We purchased a chiller from online store ice bath club and we have been led on to receive the product at a number of bogus dates by their customer service but as of January they have stopped answering all together and we cannot get ahold of them at all. I believe they held us off until we could not longer dispute the $3000+ charge with our bank. Emails are not being answered, phone calls nor online messages through their customer service chat on their website. We are extremely upset.
