I ordered a custom piece from ice vault in May never received my order it's December. There's no way I can get in touch with anyone and when I try to email them nobody responded .Nobody responded to the Instagram messages either. I paid over $100 for a custom name piece.

I ordered a necklace from Ice vault on July 30th. Two weeks later received an email with a tracking number coming from China. The tracking number doesn't update and shows the item still waiting to be shipped. I emailed them the beginning of September to let them know i hadn't received anything and they told me it takes 3-4 weeks with an additional 2 weeks sometimes for custom orders. It's now October 26th and I still haven't received anything. I've emailed them numerous times after their first email and I get no response. I lost out on $87. These people are a bunch of scammers and I just wish I could get my money back and this place shut down!

Paid on the website. Said the necklace would be delivered in 8 to 10 business days. That passed, I emailed them. They then said it was a custom piece and now it would take 4 to 6 weeks. 3 months later still NOTHING! I also see they now turned their comments off on Instagram. I hope they are shut down!

The website does not provide a customer service number. We have sent messages to them via Facebook, Instagram, and the link provided on their website but we have yet to receive a response. The first payment was made July 20th. The piece of jewelry ordered has been paid off and it was never delivered. The tracking number provided continues to show that it has not arrived to their shipping center.
