Have received multiple calls from different persons at this number claiming to be from IBM Technical support. They claim that there has been a security breach on our personal computer and they need to fix it. When we confront them and tell them that it is a scam they tell us that IBM will block our computer if we do not comply. I have requested that they remove us from their call list several times but we still continue to receive calls from them saying the same thing. They say the security breach is allows other people to use our computer to send out spam e-mails. We have talked to our PC Service company that does all installations of software and maintenance on our computer and they tell us it is a scam and to do nothing. It is frustrating to continue to get these calls and I have entered their number on call blocking but that has not stopped them from calling.
