THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. They do not make good on their warranty. I had a product become defective within 5 months of use (1 year warranty). I have been communicating with them since January (yup, 6 months!) to try and get the monitor replaced. They agreed, I was within warranty and agreed to supply me with a new monitor. They first wanted me to send in my defective monitor, which I refused because I didn't trust they would replace it. And after reading recent reviews, this was a common practice and they did not replace them, and went dark on the customer. Finally they agreed to send me a new monitor. I was told two times that I would receive tracking information with my new monitor. A monitor never arrived. I have also requested to speak to a manager at least 10 times throughout this process. I have communicated with people on the phone, text message and via email. I have not received a single call or communication from a manager despite being told multiple times someone will call me. Now my product has been upgraded from the M6 to the M8 and they are requesting that I pay to buy a new M8 because they no longer have the M6 in stock. They said if I buy the new M8, they will refund me for 70% of the cost to replace THEIR defective product via Paypal. This is not making good on a warranty. As a consumer, I should not have to pay for them to replace their product. And, honestly, I don't trust that if I purchase their product they will make good on the refund because they have not made good on their promises to send a new monitor or to have a manager contact me. Now, after researching further, I see multiple people who have also not had them make good on their warranty. Do not purchase from iBaby.
