This person, who identified himself as Ian Lane, sent me an email telling me that I am the certified beneficiary of a person's estate and resources. He states in the email, that if I am of the same ancestral lineage as this deceased person, (who happens to share my last name) he will give me more information about my benefits. I know this is a scam, because even though I am now divorced and just haven't changed my last name yet, this is my ex-husbands last name and he is from another country, so this man has no idea who I am and is just going by my last name, to try to scam me. I am including a copy of the email that this person sent to me. I have no idea where this person is located and if he is in the United States or not.
