Was contacted about golf clubs I was selling. Scammer offered $50 over asking price. Sent me a check for $2,520 claiming it was for a movers fee for the item. I cashed the check and moved the money to the accounts he claimed he needed it sent to. Read online later this is a common scam and the check will eventually come back counterfeit.
