I placed an order LAST November (11/2022) just a few weeks after the loss of our son who was stillborn, for a car magnet and angel keychain and was told there could be a 12 week wait. Ok, cool, that's fine. Once March came and went I messaged inquiring about my order that hadn't been received yet and she gave me a whole long story about how she's moving and going through a divorce, etc...ok, no problem, I am a very understanding person, just keep me in the loop on it so I know what's going on. She promised she would get it all sent soon. Come July, still nothing so I message and email her again...crickets...I then inquired about it on her Facebook page and now it seems I'm blocked from there. Just wanted to warn others who may be thinking about ordering from there. She knows what us loss mother's have been through. I just feel like there was some deceiving and lack of communication on her end. It's frustrating cause now I'm out the $30ish I spent and don't get the memorial products I wanted ??
