Received an email that was thanking me for my order and included an invoice. For Pc services annual payment of$438.00

I never heard of this business and never ordered anything from them.

I called the number to find out about this and tell i never ordered anything, i was hung up on

I called again, the person told me i spoke with someone else but it was the same man. I told him what i called for and he said i could cancel the order but it was a "live" cancellation form and he needs access to my computer. I told him no, asked me more questions which i did not answer. I asked him for his name and contact information and he hung up on me again

I received a call saying that I needed to cancel my subscription to Microsoft internet security or I would be charged $299, which will be automatically deducted from my checking account. I returned the call and was told that I had to cancel online. I had to give them access to my computer to get the application to cancel.
