Business claims to recruit individuals for Board of Director positions with its “clients”, requires an up front payment of $100.00 to review prospective applicant’s resume’, states it will contact applicant within two business days after resume’ is evaluated, but takes the fee first, then fails to contact applicant or respond to inquiries from applicant.
