I received a phone asking for me to pay for debt collection. I knew this was incorrect because I had received a refund from the company they were asking to collect from. I previously filed a neutral complaint but after calling the company they were collecting for and informing them about the collection company; they informed me that this is probably a scam debt collection company. I received only a phone call and a verbal claim that they had sent correspondence since January. I informed him that I would not be giving any of my financial information to pay for anything until I was certain they were legit and I had not received any correspondence.
