I Love Jewelry advertised on Facebook adds as a cute online boutique store. Clothing, jewelry, and other items all can be personalized with a monogram. The ads posted in the month of November stated a guarantee delivery by Christmas. They were targeting the Christmas season and I fell for it. I ordered merchandise in November and Christmas came and went with no delivery of my purchase. I was instantly charged for the items. The contact number on the website is not a working number and on the facebook page is a number that noone answers. After several weeks and many emails, i finially was responded to stating no refunds and I will receive my order. Middle of January is here and now no one is responding to my emails.
