Horrible!!!!

In February, I paid this loan off and refi with another company. Pentagon Federal Credit Union is now the lien holder. Three months after paying this loan off, they are still sending me statements, reporting inaccurate info to the credit bureau, causing my credit score to be negatively affected, because they (along with their IT Department) can’t figure out how to correct my account. I need this company to be held accountable for their unethical business practices. Right now, I just received another billing statement from them, even though they have received my pay off check in February. So far, they have been trying to correct my account for (3) months, since February and now we are in the month of May.

They claim they are trying to close my account, but for some reason they claims its difficult and still need more time after literally since February. Why is it hard at this point….really? I have sought help with the BBB and our Attorney General to hold this company accountable toward me and other customers. This is excessively abusive to me, my credit score and moral. I need help asap!

The resolution needed is that they close my account and send accurate info to the credit bureau that this account is settled and closed. Yet today, my credit score just is negatively affected by their unethical practice and accounting toward their customers. Something needs to be done asap.
