Desired Outcome
I never received my product. I just want my product or my money back.

HyperOwl is advertising on Facebook to sell their products. Facebook is US company. Please read the comments from their customers on their Facebook ad page and you will see that customers cannot return defective, faulty, or incorrect orders on merchandise.I have been calling them and emailing them since July 5th to return falsely advertised merchandise that was sent to me and the size was incorrect. You have 30 days to return the item but a refund address is not easily found. No returns are accepted if it is a sale item. But, it appears that all of the items are on sale. So, there is false advertising and no chance to return defective or incorrectly sized merchandise -that you did not order. Their address (among 3 different addresses in Ontario, Canada) is 23-444 Eastgate Parkway, Mississauga, Ontario, L4W4T6. The items that I received were from China, not Canada. I believe that company is taking customer's money and not allowing them to return merchandise. I have sent complaints to Facebook, but they are not responding. We need more laws and regulations on Facebook and I hope that you will take a close look at HyperOwl. One of the comments on Facebook was that they had changed their name from a previous company name(creative Gift Ideas?) to avoid problems and are now HyperOwl.I received 2 ultra light packable down jacket-size large. I ordered two medium jackets and I thought that the company was Canadian. The jackets are cheaply and poorly made.
