Cancelled order which was fraudulently represented as CVS. They have charged me $90.76 for item which was cancelled.

Cancelled order which they misrepresented and charged over $90

'This COMPANY: HYPERFORCEMAXHEALTH and also their sister company TRANSPARENT LUMINOUS .;..ARE BOTH "SCAM"
COMPANIES that do a "bait and switch" on Facebook and other sites: JC Penney, etc. that tell you they are "CLOSING OUT" their
supplies and will ship you a full size of their product for just the S&H charges...they then bill your credit card $ 90.76 and $88.44
for these so-called full sizes of their products. These products are not Name Brand as they get to ship you a selection that they
make from the "going out-closing-out" products, so you don't even know the Brand Name or the Actual Product they are sending.
I called and made such a "ruckus" that they agreed to give me credit for both charges and to end my "so-called" subscription.
How is a "subscription" to a "closing-out" product sale supposed to happen? When they quit manufacturing the product? Selling
Out of all their current product? THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM COMPANY !

I was on the Internet looking at a ad for JCPenney‘s closeout sale and a ad from JCP stated they had free trial product @ cost of shipping and handling $4.95 fee and a additional charge of 5.95 unauthorized taken as well additional charges of 88.44/90.76 were removed from my bank accountI was able to file a dispute with the bank and working on getting my money back

After paying s&h charges for a free sample hyperforce maxhealth put a bogus charge on my debit card as well as one from translucent luminous. Neither of which I have ever heard of let alone was shopping from them! 2 amounts were $88.? And 90.? Both charges were on 9-14-2020. Is there a way to get my money back? I certainly can not afford this crap! I am calling the better business bureau And any others I can find!

The same happened to me. Paid s&hcharges for my free sample and I have 2 charges Als how up I my card for $88 something and $90 something! One from transparent luminous which I’ve never heard of and o e from hyperforce maxhealth which I’ve never heard of either! Is there a chance to report it to my bank and get my money back? The bank says they will cover if card is lost or stolen, but this is the ricki g me into getting info and then robbing me!

There's a charge for $90.76 on my PayPal account that I DID NOT authorize. I haven't even visited their website or any ad. I have not received any products from Hyperforce Maxhealth., nor do I want any.

The information on the ad is very misleading. I purchased CBD lotion and oil for $4.95 & $5.95. I received a trial size and was billed two weeks later $88.44 & $90.76! The email receipts and shipping confirmations do not have any complaint name on them and both were billed by two separate names: transparent-luminous-f & HYPERFORCEMAXHEALTH. I should have been more diligent about purchasing these stupid products but will live and learn. At least I canceled the monthly subscription that they also fail to inform you about.

Also, there were a bunch of fraudulent charges on my credit card after I purchased from this company. Charges for a limousine company, gaming companies, AT&T, Little Caesar’s... I had to get an entirely new card and won’t be so quick to purchase online - especially from ads that pop up on social media!

I this charge has anything to do with a reward from CVS I am in shock. I only accepted the reward and that should have been it. I never signed up for anything. How can they do this. IT IS A SCAM.

Not familar with this co. Never order anything from them? It's a scam. I will not pay.
Who are these people? Will notify Discover about the scam. It has to be illegal. Please remove the charge.

They keep charging me. The only reason was to get my reward, but it's all a scam.

This so-called company sent me twice (2) bottles of whatever, I refused, sent them back! One order was for$90.76 on 5-25-2020, the other for $90.76 on 6-24-2020! I want my money back!

I was able to cancel but they lied & said there was no further charges & no further subscription. They start a subscription without your consent. False advertising. Here is a photo of the number I called. He then will try to manipulate you into a bottle for free by saying I can get you a free vip bottle & all you have to do is tell us if you like it. Then they bill you more & send more if you like it. No thanks. Deceitful from the start. Pass on this company!

I ordered a free sample in which they stated you only pay 4.95 for the shipping & there is no further charges ever. Not true at all. I received a email stating the next shipment was going to arrive. Didn't state how much it was. It said if I wanted to cancel to go to the link provided with was a dead end & didn't work. I called the number provided and told the man I didnt want to go any further. He tried to pressure me into just trying it & let him know if I like it or not & he would get me a vip free bottle. I said no i don't want to do that. Something felt shady about this whole thing from when they state that there are no further charges & then the next thing you know they're charging you for products you didnt authorize. Avoid this company!

I ordered a free sample of Transparent T- Luminous-F from Los Angeles CA.in the amount of $5.95.Then they hit my bank for $88.44.Then I was hit with $90.76 from Hyperforce MaxHealth Los Angeles CA with another $4.95 cent which I have never heard of..Im on a fixed income along with the paralise tome we all are going through! It angers me that scams have no feeling for people struggling.I have yet to see any product and I am over drawn at bank and have checks for my bills bouncing. I need every dime they took from me back in my bank account as FAST as they took it.Please help me with this scam.

The same thing happened to me after I purchased a trial sized product through CVS pharmacy. This was a “reward free gift” I should have known better when I had to put in my credit info to pay for the shipping of said products. They took $400 from me in one month and I have received no products nor did I sign up for anything. The charges showed up as “Hyper force max health” and another one charging me as well under the name “Extrasmile achievement”

- Norfolk, VA, USA

I did not purchase anything from this company. This company seems to be linked to the Dermaset product that I purchased a trial size product for 4.95 then they charged me 179.00. This company Hyperforce Maxhealth has done a even uglier fraudulent charge and used my card number to charge me for 90.76, and I haven't even visited their website or any ad. This is a bait and switch with Dermaset, and a full fledged stealing of my card number with Hyperforce Maxhealth. And the Better Buisness Bureau can't even locate their adress. I have not received any products from Hyperforce Maxhealth., nor do I want any.
