I ordered December 26, 2022. I did receive a tracking number; however, it says waiting for item. I’ve contacted the company numerous times and they continue to tell me to wait patiently. It seems as though it’s a generic reply. I no longer have a need for the item and want my money back. I don’t know what to do. Thank you
