I ordered a Lakeside Cedar Garden bed on 3 April 2023. I waited the appropriate time and use the tracking number and it showed it was delivered but to a different location. I sent them an email and we have sent numerous emails back and forth trying to resolve the issue. I informed them that I wanted my order in a timely manner or a full refund. I was assured that I would receive my order. As of today, I have received no further emails or my product. I have saved all of the correspondence but don't know how to upload them.
