Another persons experiance:
On 2/3/25, I saw an ad on TikTok and placed an order for a multipack of women’s pants. On 2/5/2025, Haidth UK withdrew $34.33 from my account for the order I placed. I received an email with only a reference number confirming my purchase including an email address, [email protected], to contact them if I had questions regarding my order. 2/21/25: Having heard nothing, I contacted Haidth to ask for the status of my order. 2/25/25: Customer Service responded stating that my order had been delivered and included tracking information that was, what I think, in Chinese. 2/25/25: I then wrote back that I have not received my order and I was unable to read the tracking information. 3/3/25 Their response was to check my mailbox or ask neighbors if they have my package, still claiming my order had been delivered. 3/3/25: I reiterated that I have not received my order. I then requested a refund immediately or they will be reported. 3/7/25: They thanked me for my feedback and it was duly noted. Told me they were getting further confirmation from couriers and would contact me asap. 3/7/25: Feeling as if they were evading the issue, I informed them I have reported them and I will be filing a dispute with my bank for the amount they withdrew from my account. 3/11/25: I received an email apologizing for the inconvenience and that they have applied for a full refund and it would take 5-7 business days. They asked me to not file a dispute with my bank because it would interfere with the refund. As of today, Friday, 3/21/25, I have not received a refund. I have reported Haidth.com to the Federal Trade Commission. I will be filing a dispute with my bank on the next business day.
