We purchased 1,000 wet umbrella bags and one bag stand for $123.88 on February 17, 2016. The money was taken from our account on the day of the purchase, but we have yet to receive the bags. I have attempted to contact the business via two separate email addresses, the website (which is no longer active--www.wetumbrellabags.com & www.hygo-tech.com), and the phone number (which has been disconnected).
