I attempted to order one unit online. The order confirmation went through for four units so I contacted the company immediately to fix the quantity via telephone, email and the online assistance. They said that they were going to try but the charge went through for four units on my credit card immediately and four were delivered. Despite a 30 day money back guarantee, I have been unable to return the unwanted product, which turned out to be completely ineffective. (I tried one of them since that was my original intent and will not return the opened one, as per the stated return policy, which I respect).
