I considered purchasing this product, however after reading reviews I decided against it and closed the web page. A few minutes later I received an email confirming the order. Since it was Saturday (6/5/23) I froze my debit card. The transaction declined on MOnday, I went online and canceled the order. I got the usual "we're sorry to see you go, are you sure, we can offer a discount, blah, blah, blah". I confirmed the cancel and thought it was done. Today, a week later I see a charge on my debit card. I called immediately and was told that it doesn't matter whether I completed the order or not, as soon as I put in the credit card information it was a done deal. They told me it had already shipped, so tough luck. I can return it supposedly, but I'll be on the hook for shipping and return shipping, which will be over $20 of the original $30, How can they get away with this? Until I confirm an order, they have no right to charge my debit card, plus, I canceled the order. They are thieves!
