I saw an ad on Instagram for hydro flasks on sale, so I clicked on it and was immediately directed to a website https://www.hydroeflask.com. While visiting the website it looked very professional and I didn't have the slightest notion that this was a scam site, so I placed an order. After placing my order I received an email saying my order was confirmed and I got a transaction ID number but I was charged more than my total was initially but according the email it was because of foreign exchange rate. That was my first red flag because to my understanding hydro flask was located in Oregon. I decided to log back on to their website using the email and password I created to place my order, and it would tell me I had an invalid login time and time again. I waited for a few weeks to see if anything would show up in the mail, about 3 weeks later I decided to try and contact someone about this. I went onto their website again looking for a customer service line to call, which they don't have. The only form of contact they have is a message box under the 'contact us' tab. I wrote 4 messages before I finally got a response with excuses on how they don't have any of my info and they can't look anything up because I wasn't providing sufficient info, the only thing I have that they gave me was my transaction ID number which wasn't sufficient. Please avoid this website as they are scammers.
