I purchased an electric blanket on Amazon made by Hyde Lane. It stopped working after just over a year. Since it's out of the time I can return it to Amazon I thought I'd contact the company directly. When you call them they offer you a $100 shopping voucher or you can hang up. I hit 0 so I could talk with someone and the agent would only talking about the free voucher. I told her I didn't want it but wanted help with the blanket. She again offered the voucher and I get again declined and so she said she couldn't help me and to "have a blessed day." and hung up on me. I don't know if the website is the actual company or just posing as them. I also contacted Amazon about the concern.
