There is also an auto refull program. This is also hidden on the buyers contracts (when they contact you).
I have contacted my credit companie and they told me to be aware of this auto refill program, so I have cancelled it with the companie.
Still, one month later I havee been charged (respectively 189,97$ C, and 179,98$) for both products that I have command for ''FREE TRIAL''. That was because the Free Sample were not free at all. So they've offred me 70$ for the one have had opened. For the other one, since I had not opended it, they gave me choice to give me also 70$ or for me to send it back,which I did. I made sure with Canada Post, that the parcel would be hand-delivered so the companie could not told me that it was broken. But I was naive, cause they have told me that the package was not in its original condition so they could not refund me. Also they woudl not able to provide me what they meant by ''not in it's original condition'', so I could check out with Canada Post, what happend. This incident let me clearly doubt that they would completly refund any of their custumer's. They have manage to proctect themself so there are not listed as illegal, but they play with the limits. I remind you that both hyaluronic.com and retinolmd.com are the same. They contact customers by their e-mail, on a false name (here Amazon.ca) and they don't provide the same information as their website, so it is impossible, unless you always read all the consumer s contract content), to see theextravagant expanses they will charge you.
