Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
Went to website to call the phone listed....not a working number. Sent email to company stating I wanted a refund and to cancel order. They said they would credit 85% of my order and I needed to pay shipping to return the product I received but did not order (n95 masks...I ordered sewing machine). The packaging that was tracked and received had different company name, return address and phone number from China.
I asked numerous times for a good phone number to call and talk to a real person and did not get one.
When looking on my cc account, the company name that charged the original amount was NEWSBAD......I had a red flag and started to pursue the refund. I have started a claim with cc company, but have not gotten much compliance with Hyaian company.
