I saw an ad on the internet for a “thumb piano”. I thought the piano looked like a neat instrument and it was on sale for 60% off so, I ordered it for $44.79 using a credit card on December 22, 2018. I received an email from this company stating that they had received my order and I would receive notification when the piano would be forwarded. No email received from them. I sent three different emails to [email protected], but never received a response. I decided to report them to BBB.
