I ordered 2 pairs of the high waist pants tummy control pants and I really didn't like them they promise to make your butt look bigger and tummy control and those are the worst flimsy pants i ever bought and want to get my money back. I sent an email to the customerservice 97 and my email was rejected. There is just no way to contact these sellers. Bummer!

I ordered two pair of shoes from this company on Oct 20 2023 ! Paid through pay pal and to this date have never received anything.Tried to do a dispute through pay pal and HX supplied them with a bogus tracking number which doesn’t even exist saying the package had been delivered. Pay Pal is just as bogus as this company because they did not even investigate but took the word of this bogus company.The USPS doesn’t even recognize the tracking number so tell me that Pay Pal did their job.ilI have emailed this company several times but still nothing so I am out 71.00 .

THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM EVER

I ordered 2 fashion deep cup bra's from HX SHOP through Pinterest and the actual purchase was made through PAYPAL for reason of Fraud. Thought it was secure. Once I got my order 6 weeks later the bra's were way too small. I email them to get a refund and they told me to keep the bras that do not fit and they would give me 12usd back. I spent $62.98 and they had the nerve to offer 12USD. What kind of business is that? I dealt with several people Betty, Ximena and Vicky an. [email protected] was the main person. Invoice ID 384631-aex00093552 Transaction ID 16W56427LB086605D I am reporting them HX - SHOP to the Better Business Bureau.

Another scam

I bought 4 sets of pencils through this company. They took the money out but i didn't get any confirmation or receipt. It had on the site that they did paypal but when put through it didn't go there. $92 later and 3 months later still have not got anything. Went through to try and find their site but it has disappeared, So I have lost the money for absolutely nothing. Have seen their ad for the same pencils about 4 weeks ago but no since. NOT IMPRESSED.

Offered me $6 Back on a $34.22 purchase!

I ordered a swimsuit from this website. When I received it in the mail, it is transparent and nothing like the description. When I asked for a full refund and a return label, they offered me six dollars for my $34.22 purchase. When I declined the offer and asked for a full refund again, they then offered me $12 and to keep the purchase, I once again denied the offer and sold them. This was ridiculous. Any other company would send you a return mailing label and issue a refund whenever the shipping company scanned it to be shipped. Do not shop from the HX shop. It is definitely a scam.

The " corset suit " they send me is a transparent piece of material, neither a corset nor a swimsuit. It's not even made of swim fabric and it has no bra pads or any kind of support, it's a very thin see through (and I got it in black!) piece of something that I can't even call clothing . They charged me $45 for smth transparent as a pantyhose (I am not even mentioning the size and shape of that garbage). These people know exactly what they are doing - which is scamming.

Not only did this piece of s--t take over a month to arrive it was complete garbage. When one orders a size 2X one would think bra size of at least a 40. My training bra when I was 13 was bigger! The cups on this bra wouldn't fit any women past the age of 12. Waste of money.

Ordered 4/18 from Pinterest Ad I got the package smashed and defective only wrapped in a bubble envelope.
No website, no phone # no contact info whatsoever. The instructions basically said to replace with new one if it doesn’t work. $38.08 taken from my account and no way to contact them for a refund or a way to contact for return or exchange.
I got an email from them of an invoice for the purchase through PayPal which I do not have a PayPal account. Only way I could refine anything other than my bank statement. PayPal says bc I don’t have an account nothing to dispute. I didn’t pay through PayPal but I got a receipt from PayPal a day later.
I guess I’m going to dispute with mh bank.

Huge scam

Ordered the 2 bras, they did finally arrive but over 6 weeks later were absolute trash, wrong colors & sizes. They offered me $12 of the $62 I paid as "compensation" which is a complete joke. I escalated the case with Paypal & they agreed to a full refund but wanted me to ship them back at MY expense. Garbage company, complete scam. Reporting to Tiktok, Facebook, Consumer Protection, Paypal & Instagram.

I ordered a bodysuit that was advertised on snapchat. When i went to buy it it said subtotal of 24.98 it took the $25 out my account before even getting to the shipping part . When i got to the shipping part they (cinihyla.com) asked for another 7.99

Charged twice

Ordered eye cream, which did not work, and was charged two times for the same order. The transactions were done 5 minutes apart and I can assure you I did not place 2 orders considering it was buy one get one free and I certainly did not receive 2 orders. Of course they have not responded to my email through paypal. So I will have to go through PayPal for refund now

I ordered cream on 12-12-22 and paid $49.99 and have still not received any thing. I called pal to let them know if they can reach out to HX to see when I should receive my cream. Pal only has a email but NO contact number. I have opened a complaint through PayPal today. I will suggest actually ordering from a well known company instead of these BS companies. Please safe the headache don't order anything with this company I've also learned my lesson. I am also a victim 🤨😔😡
