My grandmother came across this website as it popped up on her phone. She is not very tech savvy, but she saw a deal that said "CAST IRON SKILLET 20 PIECE SET" for I believe $29.99. She saw that and couldn't believe how cheap it was. She looked at the dimensions, photos, everything. She was so happy to have found a good deal and right in time for Christmas. She placed her order on 11/30 for 2 sets (one for her and one for me). Her card was charged and money was taken. It took a week before she ever received tracking information. She emailed them saying "Wow, shame on me I believe I've been scammed" and within the next day had tracking. Based on the tracking it looks like it came out of China. She tracked it the best she could and then it said delivered on 12/14, 10 minutes from her house. Based on the map it was delivered no where near her. She figured, ok let me go and see if I can find it. She looked around and nothing. That's when she asked me to contact the company and see what they could do. Their email is [email protected] I emailed them on 12/19 with all of the necessary information, including her address, order number and tracking number. Based on their website, it says you will hear back in 1 business day. It has been over a week and I have not heard anything, not even a confirmation that they received my email. This is a shady company depending on people like my grandmother who are not very tech savvy to place orders and steal their money.
