We bought one knife from Huusk. They sent us four knives and charged us for four knives. $150.00. We did not want four knives, I only ordered one. Then when I contacted them to let them know of their mistake. They said I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee, plus the shipping to send them back to Lithuania. The shipping was prohibitive! The description on the website it said it was a Japanese knife, shipping from New York. They also said if I did not return in correctly there was no guarantee of reimbursement.

First of all, this was their mistake/ sham and it was never their intention to return my money they took out of my account. I wonder how many old people are getting scammed like this, because there is literally nothing you can do.

I emailed back and forth over 10 times they did nothing.
