They use false advertising on what their products look like. I was told that their websites hoodies are used as illustration purposes only and that the products that are sent out are going to be different than what’s advertised. They say sale items are nonrefundable, however 90% of their store is on perpetual “last day sales” the picture below is what I received and is most definitely not what was advertised

I ordered the tactical sweater based off of the picture that is shown. Instead, they sent me a square pattern sweater. I sent photos of the online image and what they sent me and they said it's the same and they couldn't see a difference. A 3yr old child could see the difference. One has squares and the other has wide rectangles and tall rectangle that make it seem like its weave. They then said that the picture online is just an "illustration" and not the actual product. Haha, that's like buying a BMW and then receiving a BMX. It's not the same. They won't accept my return. They said no one has complained yet about this issue, but there are other people here with the same complaint. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Ordered a tactical shirt for my son that he had seen in ad on Facebook. When it arrived it was very cheaply made and nothing like what I had ordered. I took pictures of what was received and sent to Hunteroo along with my complaint. I received this in reply:

We are truly sorry that the item that you received did not come as promised. We understand your disappointment, and apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you.

Before we ship any product, it undergoes several stages of quality checks. It is our intention to provide only the highest quality items to our customers, and we regret that your product slipped past our quality measures.

Could you please share an image of the product showing the difference/defect. As soon as we get the information, we will look into it and take the necessary steps further.

SO, I sent pictures of the inferior shirt and received this reply:

Thank you for contacting us back. I have gone ahead and reviewed the image that you sent and I don't see any difference from what you purchased and what was sent.

I would like to inform you that the product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. Due to differences in monitors, colors of products may also appear differently then displayed on the website.

I hope you understand the situation. Also, we have sold many units of this product and we have not received any complaint from the buyers.

SO this went on and on til they finally said they would refund my money and twice I received emails saying it had been refunded, which it never was and they blamed it on issues with "Paypal". This was the last correspondence with them:

We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

We like to inform you that we are still facing some technical issue with our 'Hunteroo Paypal" which is the reason why we are unable to refund you at the moment.

We also like to mention that our technician team is on the work trying to resolve the issue, we make sure it will resolve soon.

So, please wait for some more days and I will keep a personal eye and as soon as they resolve the issue, we'll refund you immediately.

Rest assure you surely get your money back.

We appreciate your patience and support in this matter and we apologize for the inconvenience that we have caused you so far.

The shirt was ordered on March 18, 2018 and received from CHINA!! on April 3, 2018 and as of 7/1/18 I have yet to receive a refund! Multiple times I was told my money had been refunded when it had not.

I first saw this site through Facebook ads. It show a really nice sweater for sale. Checked the website and it shows the company is within the US. I bought 2 sweaters. It took a month before the product arrived and it came from China. The sweaters do not look and fabricated like what they were selling online. I tried calling and found out the number does not work. I went ahead and emailed them and received a response back stating:

Dear Customer,

Thank you for contacting us and letting us know. I have gone ahead and reviewed the image that you sent and I don't see any difference from what you purchased and what was sent.

I ordered a hoodie and after three weeks of waiting for status updates on my order and not receiving my product I investigated to find the address on the website of the business was fake as it was apartment complexes, the phone number did not work, as well as reading other reviews from customers who stated they either did not receive their product, or received a very weak imitation of what was shown in the picture.

Hunteroo has a FB and site selling clothing and apparel. The pictures show high quality products. What you get, cheap knock offs. When I complained and sent pictures showing the obvious difference, I received this reply.
