The products advertised on their website are fake, they are not authentic and are shipped from China even though they state their location as the USA. I ordered Uggs and they did not come in a box, did not have tags and took 2 weeks for delivery. If you try to return they tell you it’s going to cost a lot of money and offer 40% off your purchase as a refund. This is very shady marketing and illegal and I am currently working with my credit card company for a full refund.
